27th March – 2017, 16:00-17:30

Mongolia

Discover this landlocked Asian country, meet its nomadic people, be mindful of Buddhism, drink some Suutei Tsai, try out some throat singing and build your own model of a Ger (a typical Mongolian house)

Open to age 8-13, these workshops take place at YMCA, Weston-super-Mare, and are priced at £5 per child (plus £4 per additional sibling).

There is a cafe at YMCA Weston, where parents are able to sit (with younger kids too) or Grove Park is across the road. It’s in the centre of town, close to the shops and beach, with lots of parking available. The train station is a 10 minute walk away.
